We offer a one stop package from the very beginnings of an idea right through to sitting back to relax and enjoy the finished home.

Typically we start with a site meeting to establish your needs and see whether we can help you with your requirements.

  • Step one is to proceed to concept plans. This will put your ideas (and ours) on paper. These can still be fine tuned to get the home to reflect your needs and personality. When completed they will form the basis of work to be undertaken, and from these we can give an estimate of the costs involved.
  • Step two is to complete a set of construction plans for the project which will give full detail of all work required. From these plans we can accurately calculate the cost of the project and also apply for a building consent.
  • Step three is to produce the final quotation. This will be a fixed price, locking down the cost and will clearly spell out all work to be undertaken.
  • Step four - The construction phase, where the plans get turned into reality.
